I found Ken to be prompt and very thorough in completing my home inspection. I have a newer home and felt that something might have been missed during the First Year Warranty period. Ken's report demonstrated that there was in fact a potentially serious problem that may arise in the future. Since my First Year Warranty has expired, I'm now in the position of needing to negotiate to have the problem covered in my Ten Year Structural Warranty. I'm sure this problem would have been resolved in the First Year Warranty had I hired a professional like Ken before the 12th month. Ken is professional and I would recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues. Ken's inspection report was presented in a very understandable manner, and he took the time to explain every detail of interest. It's always great to get what you pay for and Ken certainly delivers.
