At the end of the inspection, we will present to you a written report detailing what areas were inspected with notes about any items that would need correction. We will inspect every room from top to bottom. The following items will be just some of the things that are inspected:

• Built-in kitchen appliances, counter tops, and cabinets
• Heating systems and their components
• Complete plumbing systems and water heaters (except what is between the walls and flooring)
• Driveways and garages
• Electrical systems and their components (except what is between the walls and flooring)
• Exterior siding, windows, and doors
• Fireplaces, smoke chambers, and chimneys
• Foundations, basements, crawlspaces, and grading
• Porches, patios, and decks
• Roofs, flashing, gutters, and downspouts
• Walls, floors, ceilings, and doors
